Your Content Plus the Joomla
When we set up your website, we will create your pages of content
with navigation buttons according to the plan you choose. Joomla also comes with sample content and all the
features installed. The sample content and features such as the blog,
newsfeed, weblinks, and other features will be unpublished so that only
your content will show on your website. When you are ready to use any
of these features, you can simply replaced the sample Joomla content
with your own and click the publish buttons in the menu manager to
publish the navigation buttons and your content. These features can be
duplicated for extra content too. For example, if you would like to
publish a blog and a newsletter, all you have to do is use the blog
component and rename the button "Newsletter". Want to publish a series
of articles? Just create a section and category for them and create a
button to link to the series. Joomla is one of the most versatile
