We usually quote in the range of $1000-$3000 for most of the projects we work on. Projects range from simple static brochure sites to extensive database driven sites with content management. Here is a brief description of each price range:
$250- $1000 for websites from 2 pages up to 10 pages. These types of websites are generally known as brochure websites and would contain your textual content and graphics. These types of websites include a web design and navigation system with page content you supply and a contact form.
$1000-$3000 for websites with up to 20-30 pages. These websites could include more content, custom graphics design, and functionality such as flash, document/form management components, more extensive graphics for corporate branding, community based sites, and user interactivity of the website .
A La Carte Websites
These are generally brochure websites we design in the $250-$1000 range and include the Joomla content management system for future expandability of your website. It is an excellent way to get a website online at a lower cost, yet give you the option of adding features at a later date in a more cost effective way. Joomla has a wide support community of developers and thousands of templates and components to add to its functionality whenever you choose. You can think of it as a "pay as you go" arrangement. Many clients opt for this type of website since it allows them to have a website at a lower initial cost and update it themselves or have us update it for them at a later date. Another widely used content management system is WordPress.
Specials
We occasionally run web design specials such as our four page Starter Web Site package. Another example is a web site with content management and 10 blank pages set up and ready for do-it-yourselfers to add their own content using the Joomla or WordPress content management system.
